Planning the activities of the cleaning service

Managing a large amount of customer orders and deploying employees is a challenge for any cleaning service.

Ordering, planning, monitoring, customer feedback.

We usually accept customer orders by phone, e-mail and via the website.
Each task is usually assigned a priority, a deadline, the estimated time of implementation and the necessary resources for implementation.
Some tasks require instructions to perform and define individual procedures.

Tasks are scheduled according to current human resources, priorities and deadlines.

Cleaning facilities are defined according to the type and purpose. Each facility can have one or more monitoring points.
Each measurement point can be defined with a checklist with the conditions for answers, an inventory of the necessary parameters and proportions, consumables and the necessary evidence and location.

Facilities from fixed assets of the service (sewage treatment plants, cars and other OS) can be managed in the planner the entire maintenance process in their lifetime. Error reporting can also be done with the mobile app.

We monitor the implementation of tasks with a controlling function, and we monitor the necessary parameters.

Operation is enabled both through online access and mobile applications.

Human sources (Time registration).

With the help of working time records, we obtain and plan human resources by individual days.
In addition, the tool allows us to manage requests for extraordinary and regular absences.
Workers can be deployed in shifts according to current and planned needs.

Capture of arrivals and departures can be performed with a mobile smartphone or with an identifier (QR code, RFID cards and pendants, BT communication, ..) on a dedicated capture device.

Planing (Planer)

Planning board for easy overview of all customer orders, service orders for OS devices and other company tasks.
Tasks are easily monitored, scheduled and added via a web portal or mobile application.

Each task can be defined with a priority, execution deadline, estimated execution time, task executors (between employees and external contractors), facility, instructions and requirements.

The status of individual tasks and response times are monitored by the cleaning organizer and management on the portal and in the mobile application.

 

Controlling and monitoring (Controlling & monitoring)

Controlling & monitoring is performed by facilities (building, business premises, meadow, hotel, ...).
Each object has at least one or more measurement points defined.
The measuring point may have defined monitoring of the duration of the task, checklists for review, list of inventory of required parameters, request for pictorial evidence and location information, consumption of material and comments.

Each performed measurement can be tied to a planner or stand-alone.

At the measuring point, the customer can have an insight into the history of activities for a certain period.
It can give us a satisfaction rating based on certain parameters.
