{"id":372,"date":"2021-09-12T08:10:14","date_gmt":"2021-09-12T06:10:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/dotbusiness.infotrend.si\/?p=372"},"modified":"2021-11-04T14:34:37","modified_gmt":"2021-11-04T13:34:37","slug":"planiranje-cistilnega-servisa-in-monitoring-aktivnosti","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dotbusiness.org\/sl\/planiranje-cistilnega-servisa-in-monitoring-aktivnosti\/","title":{"rendered":"Planiranje aktivnosti \u010distilnega servisa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Obvladovanje velike koli\u010dine naro\u010dil strank in razporeditev zaposlenih je izziv vsakega \u010distilnega servisa.<\/p>\r\n<h2>NARO\u010cILO, PLANIRANJE, MONITORING, POVRATNA INFORMACIJA KUPCA.<\/h2>\r\n<p>Interaktivno planiranje zajetih naro\u010dil kupcev s kontrolo izvedbe, glede na trenutne razpolo\u017eljive \u010dlove\u0161ke vire.<br \/><br \/>Naro\u010dila kupcev obi\u010dajno sprejemamo telefonsko, po epo\u0161ti in preko spletne strani.<br \/>Vsaka nalogi obi\u010dajno dolo\u010dimo prioriteto, rok izvedbe, predviden \u010das izvajanja in potrebne vire za izvedbo. <br \/>Neketere naloge potrebujejo navodila za izvedbo in opredelitev posameznih postopkov.<\/p>\r\n<p>Naloge razporejamo glede na trenutne \u010dlove\u0161ke vire, prioritete in roke izvedbe.<\/p>\r\n<p>Objekte \u010di\u0161\u010denja opredelimo glede na vrsto in namen. Vsak objekt ima lahko eno ali ve\u010d to\u010dk monitoringa (merjenja).<br \/>Vsaki to\u010dki merjenja lahko opredelimo kontrolno listo z pogoji za odgovore, popis potrebnih parametrov in dele\u017eev, porabno blaga in potrebne dokazne slike in lokacijo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Objekte z naslova osnovnih sredstev servisa (\u010distilne naprave, avtomobili in ostala OS) lahko vodimo v planerju celoten proces vzdr\u017eevanja v njihovi \u017eivljenjski dobi. Prijava napak je lahko izvedena tudi z mobilno aplikacijo.<\/p>\r\n<p>Izvajanje nalog spremljamo z kontroling funkcijo, ter izvajamo monitoring potrebnih parametrov.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Delovanje je \u010dasa<\/a>).<\/h2>\r\n<p>S spomo\u010djo evidence delovenga \u010dasa pridobimo in planiramo \u010dlove\u0161ke vire po posameznih dnevih.<br \/>Poleg tega nam orodje omogo\u010da upravljanje IN MONITORING (<a href=\"https:\/\/dotbusiness.org\/sl\/digital-records\/\">Kontroling in monitoring<\/a>)<\/h2>\r\n<p>Kontroling & monitoring se izvaja po objektih (stavba, poslovni prostor, travnik, hotel, ...).<br \/>Vsak objekt ima opredeljeno vsaj eno ali ve\u010d to\u010dk merjenja.<br \/>To\u010dka merjenja ima lahko opredeljen monitoring trajanja izvajanja naloge, kontrolne liste za pregled, listo popisa zahtevanih parametrov, zahtevo za slikovni dokazni material in lokacijsko informacijo, porabo materiala in pripombe.<\/p>\r\n<p>Vsaka izvedena meritev je lahko vezana na planer ali samostojna.<\/p>\r\n<p>Kupec ima lahko na voljo na to\u010dki merjenja vpogled na zgodovino aktivnosti za dolo\u010deno obdobje.<br \/>Poda nam lahko oceno o zadovoljstvu glede na dolo\u010dene
