GENERAL TERMS OF USE OF BUSINESS SOFTWARE dotBusiness

You agree to the following terms and conditions that apply to MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. services online or otherwise. In this agreement, the terms “you” and “your” refer to the person who uses the services in any way. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you declare that you have the authority to bind such entity and all persons to whom the entity will allow access to and use the dotBusiness business software services to these terms and conditions, whereby the terms “you” and “your” will refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority or if you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not check the “I agree to the terms of cooperation” button, which will mean that you will not be able to use the service. The term “service” refers to the use of the web portal of window applications and mobile applications of the dotBusiness business software solution, which are intended for business management, project management, controlling or any other service of MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o.

MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Any new features that expand or improve the current offering, including the release of new tools and resources, will be subject to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes will constitute your agreement to such changes. Violation of any of the terms listed below will result in termination of your account. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. prohibits such conduct and content on its Services, but you hereby acknowledge that MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. cannot be held responsible for the content posted on the Service and for any exposure to such unwanted content. You agree to use the Service at your own risk.

 

ACCOUNT TERMS

You may not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You may not violate any laws applicable in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws) by using the Services. You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and all other required information in order to complete the registration process. Your registration information may only be used by one person – multiple people are not permitted to use the same registration information. You are responsible for all content posted and activity on your account. No single person or legal entity is permitted to have more than one free account. You are responsible for keeping your account and password secure. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage that may arise from your failure to comply with this security obligation. You expressly understand and agree that MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exceptional damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, use, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from your use of the dotBusiness business software. You agree that the personal and other data that you provide when registering for the service and data about other users who will use the service with your permission will be used for the purpose of regularly informing you about news, useful tips, activities of MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. and new updates to the service.

 

Privacy Policy

Personal data that we collect:
Account login information. Any information that is required to give you access to your specific account profile. Examples include your login ID/email address, screen name, and password.

All other data you enter into the application is managed by your employer.

 

CANCELLATION AND CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT

You are responsible for properly canceling your account. An email or phone request does not constitute cancellation. You may cancel your account at any time by sending a written cancellation. Upon cancellation, all of your content will be immediately deleted from the service account. Once an account has been canceled, you will not be able to get this data back. If you cancel the service before the end of your current prepaid month, we will cancel immediately. The account will automatically expire after 30 days from the date of registration or at the end of the paid month. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. has the right, at its sole discretion, to temporarily cancel or terminate your account at any time for any reason and to refuse any current or future use of this or any other MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. service. Such termination of the service will result in deactivation or deletion of your account or access to your account and the seizure and release of all content in your account. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. reserves the right to refuse to provide services to anyone at any time for any reason.

 

CHANGES IN SERVICES AND PRICES

MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. reserves the right to change, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. The prices of all Services, including but not limited to the monthly subscription fees for the Service, may change upon 30 days' prior notice from us. Such notice may be given at any time by posting the changes on the dotBusiness business software website (www.dotbusiness.si) or in the Service itself. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. will not be liable to you or any third party for any corrections, price changes or discontinuation of the Service.

 

COPYRIGHT AND CONTENT OWNERSHIP

We do not own any intellectual property rights to the content that you publish yourself in the dotBusiness business software. Your profile and uploaded content remain yours. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. does not pre-screen the content, but MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. and its designers have the right (but not the obligation) to refuse or remove any content available through the service at their discretion. It is not permitted to reproduce, copy or otherwise use any part of the HTML/CSS elements or visual design without prior approval from MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o.

 

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You use all services of MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. at your own risk. Technical support is available only to paid account holders via email. You understand that MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. uses third parties to provide hardware and software, networks, hard disk space and related technology necessary to perform the services. You may not modify, adapt or hack the dotBusiness business software or adapt another website to falsely appear to be associated with dotBusiness business solutions or any other service of MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, transmit or misuse any part of the service, the usability of the service or access to the service without the prior written permission of MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to remove content and accounts that contain content that we determine in our sole discretion to be unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, libelous, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or that violates the intellectual property rights of any party or these Terms of Service. You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your Content, may be unencrypted and include (a) transmissions over multiple networks, and (b) modifications to conform to and adapt to the technical requirements of connected networks or devices. You may not upload, post, host or transmit unsolicited e-mail, SMS or spam. You may not transmit worms, viruses or any destructive code. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. is not responsible for the acquisition, processing, import, export or use of your data. You, as the user, are obliged to carry out all procedures in connection with ZVOP-1. After switching to a paid account, MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. acts as a contractual database manager, which is defined in the special agreement that you enter into when switching to a paid account. MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. does not undertake that: (a) the service will meet your specific requirements; (b) the service will operate uninterrupted, fast, secure and error-free; (c) the results obtained from using this service will be accurate and reliable; (d) that the quality of any products, services, information or other goods that you purchase through this service will be adequate. You expressly understand and agree that MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exceptional damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, use, data, goodwill or other intangible losses arising from: (i) the use of or inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of ordering substitute goods and services due to any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained by you, or messages received by you, or transmissions entered into by you, through or through the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or actions of any third party on the Service; (v) any other matter relating to the Service. The failure of MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. and govern your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreement between you and MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. (including, but not limited to, any prior version of the Terms of Service). You may send us any questions about the Terms of Service at info@medic.si. You agree that MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. uses tools to analyze the use of the dotBusiness business software solution, in order to improve the user experience of users as much as possible. You agree that MEDIC SISTEMI d.o.o. informs you about new products by e-mail.
